Tabebuia Circle

President:  Helen Goller

Meets 3rd Thursday of the month at 10 o'clock- Oct thru May

Our Circle is currently accepting new members.

Tabebuia was the first Circle to be formed within The Garden Club of Stuart, Inc, about 1960.  The Tabebuia is a beautiful flowering pink or yellow tree.  Tabebuias are planted abundantly in Stuart; you will find them blooming along East Ocean Blvd in the Fall and early Spring.

Our purpose is to support the projects and goals of the Garden Club of Stuart by engaging in activities that are charitable, educational or scientific and to offer programs to meet members' interests.  We participate in hosting the bi-annual Flower Shows and Secret Garden Tours.  Our charity of choice for 2025 is Molly's House, a residence for families of hospitalized patients of Cleveland Clinic-Martin Health; our opportunities to serve there range from restocking the pantry to regular cleaning of toys, to preparing a meal for all the resident.

We meet in member's homes or restaurants and often have guest instructors in floral design and plant care.  We enjoy going to lunch after visiting gardens, nurseries, and working in Possum Long, a native garden within the City of Stuart on Hibiscus Street.
