The Cyndy Trossbach Outstanding Youth Award is given to a high school student in Martin county who has displayed leadership and initiative in support of the goals and aims of the Garden Club of Stuart, Inc., Florida Federation of Garden Clubs, Inc. and National Garden Clubs, Inc.
